Rádi bychom Vás seznámili s pravidly celoročního provozu bez recepce:
. Do apartmánů je přísně zakázán vstup osobám pod vlivem omamných či psychotropních látek a osobám s infekčními nemocemi. Rovněž je zakázáno tyto látky vnášet.
. Domácí mazlíčky máme rádi, ale neubytováváme je.
. Pro udržení čistého prostředí žádáme hosty, aby si při vstupu do budovy očistili obuv.
.V apartmánu může být ubytován pouze host, který má uhrazen pobyt dle platného ceníku nebo předem dohodnutou cenu s pronajímatelem.
. Ubytovaný host není oprávněn umožnit přenocování osobám, které nejsou řádně přihlášeny a neuhradily poplatek za pobyt.
. Host užívá apartmán po sjednanou dobu.
. Nebyla-li doba pobytu sjednána jinak, apartmány jsou připraveny od 16 hodin, poslední den pobytu budou uvolněny nejpozději v 10 hodin.
. Nestane-li se tak je pronajímatel oprávněn účtovat další den pobytu, případně pokud host neuposlechne výzvy či není přítomen vyhrazuje si pronajímatel právo věci hosta vyklidit a uschovat na 5 dní, aby mohl být pokoj k dispozici pro další rezervaci. V takových případech bude hostu vyúčtována smluvní pokuta ve výši 1.000,-Kč/1den úschovy. Po uplynutí lhůty budou věci zlikvidovány.
. Požádá-li host o prodloužení pobytu může mu být poskytnut i jiný apartmán než ten, ve kterém byl původně ubytován.
. Host přebírá apartmán bez závad. Nesrovnalosti je nutné neprodleně hlásit pronajímateli ihned po příjezdu, na pozdější hlášení nebude brán zřetel.
. V případě, že host bude při odjezdu předávat apartmán s neúplným či poškozeným zařízením je povinnen škodu uhradit. Dojde-li k poškození pokoje, nebo jeho znečištění do té míry, že nemůže být opět pronajat, hradí host na místě v hotovosti za práce potřebné k nápravě poškození nebo znečištění i plný ubytovací poplatek za tyto dny.
. V případě ztráty klíče bude hostu vyúčtována částka ve výši 1.000,-Kč.
. Host bez souhlasu pronajímatele nesmí přemísťovat vybavení apartmánů, provádět úpravy a zásahy do elektrické sítě nebo jiné instalace a odnášet jakékoliv vybavení a zařízení z ubytovacího prostoru.
. V apartmánu není povoleno používat vlastní elektrické spotřebiče – netýká se spotřebičů k osobní hygieně, notebooky, mobilní telefony, dětské chůvičky atd.
. Sušení prádla na radiátorech je zakázané.
. Při odchodu z apartmánu je host povinnen uzavřít vodovodní uzávěry, vypnout zařízení využívající elektrické sítě, zhasnout světla, zavřít okna a uzamknout dveře.
. Při pobytu s dětmi je třeba dbát zvýšené opatrnosti např. nenaklánět se z oken, nesahat na horké spotřebiče a ostré předměty. Za činnost dětí jsou plně zodpovědní rodiče nebo jejich zástupci.
. Pronajímatel učinil všechna opatření a tak nenese při běžném provozu zodpovědnost za zdraví hostů.
. S ohledem na ostatní hosty a individuální odpočinek, dodržujte prosím noční klid od 22 hod do 7 hod.
. Parkování vozidel hostů je umožněno pouze na vyhrazeném místě. Zaparkované vozidlo nesmí bránit příjezdu ani výjezdu ostatních motorových vozidel.
. Pronajímatel nezodpovídá za ztrátu osobních věcí, cenností, peněz ponechaných v objektu či na pozemku objektu.
. Jakákoliv manipulace s ohněm či pyrotechnikou je v celém objektu zakázána.
. Kouření je v celém objektu zakázáno!
V případě porušení tohoto zákazu bude s okamžitou platností – bez finanční náhrady – pobyt hosta ukončen. Dále bude uložena pokuta ve výši 5000,- Kč.
. V prostoru apartmánů je WiFi připojení zdarma.
. Kola a lyžařské vybavení nesmí být vnášeno do apartmánů, bude umístěno v prostoru k tomu určeném.
. Zapomenuté věci na apartmánech po odjezdu hosta, nebudou provozovatelem hlášeny. Pokud se o ně host sám nepřihlásí, do 5 dnů proběhně jejich likvidace.
. Pronajímatel si vyhrazuje právo kdykoliv vystěhovat hosta z apartmánu při nevhodném chování bez nároku na vrácení peněz za ubytování. Nevhodným chováním je myšleno narušování soukromí ostatních hostů či vulgární chování.
. Host je povinen dodržovat ustanovení tohoto ubytovacího řádu. V případě jeho porušení má právo pronajímatel ukončit pobyt hosta před uplynutím sjednané doby.

Apartments – Accommodation Policy
Dear Guests,
welcome to the Church Apartments!
The rules and policies of our year-round reception-less accommodation are as follows:
- Individuals under the influence of narcotics or psychotropic substances and individuals with infectious diseases are not permitted in the apartments.
- Although we like pets, the apartments are a pet-free zone and so we unfortunately cannot accept guests with pets.
- To keep the premises clean, we kindly ask guests to use the welcome mat to clean off their shoes when entering the building.
- The apartments are only for the use of guests who have paid according to the valid price list or a price agreed in advance with the apartment proprietor.
- Guests may not extend overnight stays to persons other than those who are registered and who have paid the accommodation fee.
- Guests agree to use the apartments only for the agreed-upon paid number of days.
- Unless otherwise agreed, the apartments will be ready for your arrival from 4 pm and must be vacated no later than 10am on the last day of the reservation.
- If the rooms are not vacated on time, the proprietor is entitled to charge for an extra day of stay. If the guest does not vacate the apartment when asked or is not present, the guest’s belongings will be removed into storage to allow the next reservation and guests to use the apartment. The guest will additionally be charged a contractual penalty of CZK 1,000/day of storage for a maximum of five days. Any unclaimed items will be disposed of after five days of storage.
- If the guest wishes to extend their stay, they may be provided with another apartment than the one in which they were originally accommodated.
- The apartments are furbished and fully functional. Any defects or irregularities must be reported to the proprietor immediately upon arrival.
- In the event that the guest returns the apartment with incomplete or damaged items at check-out, the guest is responsible to pay for the damage. If the room is damaged or contaminated to such an extent that it cannot be rented again after cleaning, the guest is responsible to pay, in full, before departing, both cost of repairs of the damage/contamination as well as the accommodation fees during the period the apartment is being repaired.
- In case of a lost key, the guest will be charged an amount of CZK 1,000.
- Furniture and equipment must not be moved in the apartments. Amendments or changes to the structure, electrical network or other installations as well as the removal of any items or equipment from the accommodation without the consent of the proprietor are also forbidden.
- Guests may not bring and use their own electrical appliances in the apartment. This does not apply to personal hygiene items (e.g. hair dryer), laptops, mobile phones, baby monitors, etc.
- Drying clothes on radiators is prohibited.
- When leaving the apartment, the guest is required to close the water taps, turn off the electrical equipment, turn off the lights, close the windows and lock the doors.
- Parents are fully responsible for the actions of their children: children should not lean out of windows, touch hot appliances or sharp objects, etc.
- The proprietor has taken all precautions to provide a safe apartment and is not responsible for the health of guests during normal use of the premises.
- In accordance with city mandates and as a courtesy to other guests, quiet time should be observed from 10 pm to 7 am.
- Guest parking is only in the designated reserved spot for the rented apartment. A parked vehicle must not impede the arrival or departure of other motor vehicles.
- The proprietor is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, valuables, and money left in the building or on the premises.
- Lighting fires and deploying fireworks are prohibited in the whole building and on the premises.
- Smoking is prohibited in the entire building. In case of a violation the guest may be fined up to CZK 2,000.
- There is free Wi-Fi in the apartments.
- Bikes and ski equipment must be kept in the designated secure area – they are not to be brought into the apartments.
- Items left behind by the guest will be removed (liquidated) after five days if the guest does contact the proprietor.
- In the case of inappropriate behaviour the proprietor reserves the right to evict guests from the apartment at any time without refund. Inappropriate behaviour is deemed as behaviour that is violent, destructive, or vulgar or that violates the privacy of other guests.
- By booking accommodation, guests agree and are obliged to follow the above policies. In case of their violation, the proprietor has the right to terminate the guest’s stay before the end of the agreed period.
These rules and policies are designed to provide the maximum enjoyment of the apartments for all our guests and we thank you for respecting them.
